Exchanges and Returns Policy:
By using the ARTEBRASIL STORE website, the user automatically agrees to all terms and conditions of use. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions of use, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice. The User must read the terms and conditions of use of the site always before using it.
ARTEBRASIL STORE relies on the company PAYPAL and to intermediate payments worldwide, except for payments in Brazil.
Exchanges and Returns:
Exchanges will be made in the event of a defect. The customer must request the exchange by email within 30 calendar days after receipt: email@example.com
The product must be returned in its original packaging. This product will be evaluated by our quality control and, if the defect is detected, an exchange or refund of the amount paid will be carried out, in agreement with the customer.
In the case of non-defective products, we can exchange them as long as the product has not been used.
The deadline to request the exchange in this case is 7 calendar days by email: firstname.lastname@example.org
No exchange or refund will be made for parts damaged by improper use of the product.
In cases of exchange, only the exchange of products of the same value will be allowed. If there is a difference in value, it will be agreed with the customer how to pay the difference.
The customer shall bear all product transportation costs, both return as the reference.
The refund of the value of the product in case of return will be made through the company PAYPAL. This procedure is the responsibility of the PAYPAL company.
If the item you are returning was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, any refunds will be paid in the same currency as the purchase. Due to fluctuations in exchange rates, the amount refunded may be higher or lower than the original price paid.
